Refund Policy
At North East Real Estate Academy, we want every student to succeed. Please review our refund, attendance, and conduct policies carefully before enrolling so you know exactly what to expect.
$50.00Non-refundable deposit required for all classes

Continuing Education
- Enrollment is non-refundable after taking the first class.
- If you cannot make your scheduled class, you may choose another class date.

Licensing Courses
- Classes for licensure are non-refundable after the first week of scheduled classes.
- Classes must be completed within six months. Tuition is no longer valid after six months.

Attendance
- Missing four consecutive classes results in a $100.00 reactivation fee.
- Students will not be permitted back in class until the fee is paid.

Missed Classes & Make-Ups
- Remember, you are on either a 5-week or 9-week turnaround time.
- If there is no availability in the classroom, missed classes must be made up on Google Meet.

Classroom Conduct
- All class rules must be read and adhered to.
- Insubordination is grounds for expulsion — no refunds will be given.
