Meet Your Instructor: Tina Massaro

Tina (Christina) Massaro founded North East Real Estate Academy in Hicksville, New York, in November 2004. For over 20 years, Tina has taught the school's classes herself, so students learn directly from the person who built the curriculum.

Tina wrote the textbook and workbook used in our courses, both approved by the New York State Department of State. Her streamlined, exam-focused materials are a big reason our students achieved a 97%+ pass rate from 2020 to 2025.
