This course provides an introduction to the complex field of commercial real estate, teaching the complete process from the initial stage to when the client opens for business. Topics covered include:
Canvassing and developing a list of target locations.
Selling and leasing.
Understanding and negotiating lease clauses.
Financial and non-financial negotiations.
Lease execution and expediting.
Tenant opening procedures.
Commission structure.

- To qualify for a broker's license in New York State, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have two full years of experience as an NY Salesperson.
- Accumulate 3,500 points (we explain the point system in class).
Note: If your original salesperson course was only 45 hours, you must also complete the 30-hour remedial course (offered every month).
